Who we are
This website belongs to Millennial Academy Kids, a school in Antananarivo, Madagascar. We are responsible for the information you send us through it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us:
- Enrollment request form: the parent or guardian's name and phone number, an email address (optional), your child's name and age, the level and campus you are interested in, and any message you write.
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), a subject and your message.
To protect the forms from spam, we limit how many times a form can be sent. For this we keep short codes made from your network address and from the phone number or email you entered, using a secret key so the codes cannot be turned back into the original details. We do not store your network address itself for this purpose.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to follow up on an enrollment request.
- To manage admissions.
- To keep the forms free from spam and abuse.
Submitting an enrollment request does not create a student account. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Authorized staff of the school can read your request. We also use trusted service providers that host this website, store the requests and deliver our email. They handle the information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enrollment requests and messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage admissions. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time.
Children
This website is meant for parents and guardians. Information about a child is used only to handle your request. Students who join the school use the school's Digital Ecosystem; those accounts are created and managed by the school.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not use analytics. If you sign in to the Digital Ecosystem, essential cookies keep you signed in securely.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, contact us using the details below and tell us which request or message you mean. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
